Trayer has been a manufacturer of electrical distribution switchgear in the Bay Area for over 60 years.  In 2021, they had a significant increase in business which drove the need to open a second facility and increase headcount rapidly.  An important part of their growth plan was to establish an internal HR function, build an HR team and implement scalable processes.

As a restaurant operator in airports across the country, Tastes on the Fly faced unique challenges in 2021 as restaurants reopened and travel bans were lifted.  With dozens of restaurants in San Francisco, Denver, New York and Boston, and plans to launch a new location in Vancouver, they needed to restructure and build an HR team to support rapid restaffing, business expansion and all of the challenges that Covid brought to the workplace.

At Next Level Strategies, we clean up a lot of messes.
