Employee Classification, Discrimination, and Multi-State Employment

Today’s workforce is more distributed than ever, and employers are navigating increasingly complex rules around employee classification, discrimination protections, and multi-state employment laws.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to correctly classify employees and independent contractors, understand key anti-discrimination requirements, and manage employees working across different states or jurisdictions.

We’ll also discuss hiring and workplace practices that help reduce legal risk while creating a fair and inclusive workplace. From understanding protected classes to navigating different state employment laws, this session will equip managers and business owners with practical knowledge to make informed, compliant decisions when hiring and managing employees.

All workshops are live webinars using the Zoom app. Advanced payment is necessary to secure your spot. You are welcome to join for one session or sign up for the whole year. There is so much information, we highly encourage you to come as frequently as your schedule allows.
