Founder and CEO

In 2003, Julie had a realization: smaller organizations have nearly the same level of labor laws and regulations to comply with as large businesses, but they don’t have the same HR staff to keep up with it all. She founded Next Level Strategies out of a desire to help smaller organizations get the expert HR resource they need to thrive.

Julie’s many years of experience include work in the high-tech, non-profit, and marketing industries.

She holds an M.S. in Human Resources Management, a B.S. in Public Relations, and a Human Resource Certificate from San Francisco State University. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional in Human Resources-California (PHRca) as certified by HRCI.

Julie taught seminars and consulted with clients at the San Francisco Small Business Development Center for six years and served on the Board of Directors of Instituto Familiar de la Raza for five years.
