Tauné is NLS’s expert when it comes to all things related to processes, procedures, and paperwork. She finds deep satisfaction in helping others establish clear systems that create the context for a healthy working environment that helps both people and businesses grow and flourish.
She moved into human resources from a background in restaurant management, which gave her a commitment to customer satisfaction and a people-oriented approach to problem resolution. She actually enjoys the difficult conversations that come with HR and the process of discovering positive ways to diffuse conflict and move forward.
Tauné was born in San Francisco and grew up north of the city in the rural San Geronimo Valley community. Along with her husband, two children, two dogs, and a cat, she now calls Austin, TX home.
When she isn’t formulating efficient policies or solving workplace conflicts, you can find Tauné taking in a concert or unwinding in a Yoga studio.
